Chocolate and Orange Popsicles

Makes 6 popsicles
These popsicles are the ultimate indulgence with added health benefits and none of the nasties. Gluten, dairy and refined sugar free, they are great for children and adults alike. If you would like a milder taste, use cocoa instead of cacao powder.
Dipped in chocolate and finished with a sprinkle of nuts, we have no doubt you are going to love these popsicles.
1 cup Restore Forever Beautiful Tonic
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup cacao/cocoa powder (use cocoa for a milder taste)
zest 1 orange
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tsp honey
Optional toppings: dark chocolate, chopped pistachios, freeze dried raspberries, cacao nibs, coconut.
Heat the tonic, boiling for two minutes.
Allow to cool.
Add the tonic to a blender along with the remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into moulds and freeze.
Dip the frozen popsicles into melted chocolate and sprinkle on your choice of toppings.
