Beet Pancake
Recipe by Emma Ong INGREDIENTS ⅔ cup Restore Chicken bone broth ⅔ cup soy milk 2 small sized beetroot (peeled and diced), approx. 1 cup 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 cup self-raising flour 1 egg drizzle of olive oil METHOD Preheat oven to 200°C. Place diced beetroot on a baking tray and drizzle with oil. Roast for 30 mins.Remove from the oven and leave until cooled to room temperature.
