Bloody Mary

Serves 2

This is a gorgeous refreshing summer drink. Spice to your liking and enjoy all the gut loving benefits of bone broth, with or without vodka.

INGREDIENTS:

400 ml Restore Beef Broth

150 ml tomato puree

Tabasco to taste

Splash Lea and Perrins

juice of 1 lemon

salt and pepper

4 shots vodka (optional)

ice

GARNISH:

Lemon wedge

Fresh celery or chives

Salt and pepper

METHOD:

Heat the broth in a saucepan for two minutes. Allow to cool.

In a large jug, whisk together the cooled broth with the tomato puree, tabasco, Lea and Perrins, lemon juice, salt and pepper and vodka, if using.

Pour over ice in a tall glass. Garnish and serve.
