Berry Cream Gummies (or Cups)

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Restore Active Vitality Bone Broth

½ cup blueberry puree

½ cup soy milk

5 tsp gelatine

1 vanilla pod (scraped out)

1 tsp honey 

METHOD:

Pour 1 cup bone broth, vanilla and soy milk into a saucepan and bring it to the boil. Remove from heat and immediately add gelatine, one teaspoon at a time. Whisk until dissolved. Stir in the honey and blueberry puree.

Place moulds onto a baking tray for easy transfer to the fridge. Use a syringe to fill up the moulds with the mixture, or alternatively use ramekins or dariole moulds. 

Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight, until set. Turn out the gummies from the moulds and keep them in a glass jar. 

This guilt free, healthy summer treat can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
